Ambleside vet clinic is by far the best veterinary experience I’ve ever had!! I recently switched to Ambleside from another vet, and the difference in care has been night and day. My dog used to get super anxious going to the vet, but now he can’t wait to jump out of the car and run in. My vet Dr Kelly Tucker is incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares for my dog’s well-being. We are so thankful for everyone at Ambleside vet!

I’ve been bringing my dog here for eight years. While the clinic was good enough in the beginning, the quality of service has noticeably declined over the past three years. The experience at reception has been especially disappointing. The receptionist has consistently come across as grumpy, rude, and lacking compassion. On occasions when I called about urgent concerns, there was little effort made to accommodate us or suggest alternatives, and there was no follow-up afterward.
