THEY DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE. I AM OUT OF MEDICINE AND HAVE BEEN CALLING FOR DAYS. You are all a DISGRACE. Edit: your canned responses are useless with no empathy and patients have been complaining for a long time about this. Fix the problem instead of making people call you and go through all this BS. JEFFERSON DOESNT CARE ABOUT ANYTHING BUT PROFIT.
I've been happy with the care up to this point -30 yr patient -the issue now is the impossibliity of getting an appointment . I had to wait 6 months for my appointment that I had to change - now its another 4 months for a basic check up. The appointment staff has difficulty answering a basic question , eg. " are there any early morning appointments available sooner " OMG To add to the insult - the computer generated response has a phone number that pertains to their list of hospitals - nothing to do with my issue
This is the worst doctors office I have ever dealt with in my life. They dont answer the phones - literally you can not get a human being on the phone it just rings and rings. Dr. Massead does not call prescriptions in in a timely manor- like weeks - again NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE. DO NOT GO HERE, unless you want to spend an entire day of work trying to connect with a phone service that they outsource.
Dr Shrestha is absolutely awesome! She listens and is totally in tune with you. Never rushes you and covers everything! Was seeing my old dr before he retired and didn’t think I’d find a replacement. He recommended her and he was right! I’m grateful for her!
I would say ZERO stars!!! I got a fraud charge from this MD office and I am NOT even in the same city!! I would say STAY AWAY!!!
