I would say ZERO stars!!! I got a fraud charge from this MD office and I am NOT even in the same city!! I would say STAY AWAY!!!
I’ll give 5 stars to my two doctors but zero stars to the office. I just spent 38 minutes on hold trying to report a drug interaction. I could have driven the 15 miles in less time.
No surprise that physicians are leaving this practice. Used to be much better, and today? Not so much. Without even questioning the main reason for why l came into the office, i was given an appointment >30 days out, and shown the door. In trying to be proactive in my own care, the front desk had little to no interest in helping me. Its a shame that health CARE is a bygone concept.
