Have been registered with them for 12 years. Called to make an appointment for a physical and they refused to see me as I have not been to their office for a physical in 4 years. Even though I have used their other services during those four years . They asked me to register as a new patient which was fine but the earliest appointment was 3 months away. First I will say that my regular doctor at this practice, Dr. Mary McGinley, has provided me with excellent care over the last 5 years. The practice does have many issues described by others, for example once I waited in the exam room for 40 minutes, and the doctor never showed up or had the courtesy to call that she was running over an hour late. I got dressed and walked out. Even worse, I had an abnormal EKG for 4 years! before any doc in the practice cared to bring it up, despite all my annual checkups and sick visits. Is... read more
