First I will say that my regular doctor at this practice, Dr. Mary McGinley, has provided me with excellent care over the last 5 years. The practice does have many issues described by others, for example once I waited in the exam room for 40 minutes, and the doctor never showed up or had the courtesy to call that she was running over an hour late. Have been registered with them for 12 years. Called to make an appointment for a physical and they refused to see me as I have not been to their office for a physical in 4 years. Even though I have used their other services during those four years . They asked me to register as a new patient which was fine but 3 months away. I asked them had they deleted my personal information they said they still had it. So nothing has changed in 4 years otherwise I would have been to them. Staggering lack of communication and consideration from my doctor. Can't get literally anyone to call me back to answer questions and discuss test results after many, many attempts.
