Ambler medical should be shut down. Disgrace of a practice, do not care about their patients. Rude staff, horrible business practices. Just a disgrace. Do not schedule here.
I must ask what in the world is going on here! Appointments are only available months in advance and not even virtual for an illness or med check! I resorted to reaching out to the doctor to discuss via My Chart and never heard back! I am not using her name because I feel it is a Jefferson issue of some kind!! I love my doctor! Please don’t push me out! I know I will receive an automated response! Don’t bother . I won’t call!
I have been going to this practice for over 10 years and always loved it. Now if you are sick and you call to make a sick appointment there are none available for several weeks. I somehow secured a telehealth appointment after calling several times. The doctor said to come in to be seen if I wasn't improving.
