I have my fireplace checked out every year May 6, 2026. As always, the service was excellent. My fireplace is 12 years old, and cleaning it annually really makes a noticeable difference.
Very helpful with information
Settling my sister’s estate, we discovered the remote to her gas fireplace was missing. Called several companies for a replacement part. A trained and very knowledgeable staff person answered and was more than happy to assist. Replacement was scheduled. Fred appeared on time, was experienced and efficient and also very nice. Will suggest new homeowner use Ambler Fireplace for ongoing cleaning and maintenance
I called to inquire about hearth installation and received no clear explanation as to why ambler fireplace couldn't help. Would have been the easiest sale of the month. First Tom M. declines to assist, taking 3 weeks to let me know they can’t help due to “there’s not enough time on the schedule to complete this” that’s fine. I also work in an installation office to know that there’s always time even if it’s 6 months away. Second, they say are unable to perform this installation due to mantle pieces to be removed.
