I think a lot of people don't understand that when searching for a counselor, you often need to try more than one out to find a good fit. Once I did that, I have had the privilege of working with some of the most amazing people.

Their counselors are good, my wife saw Diane and really liked her. Unfortunately their office is so disorganized and unprofessional that we had to seek care elsewhere. Calls and usually unreturned. We were overcharged on two occasions and getting a refund took weeks and countless calls, being transferred from one person to another none of which could seem to figure out a simple credit or refund (we still have not been refunded).
