Love Ambition! I have been going for a couple years, and the change up of workouts really keeps things feeling new.
I have been going to Ambition since January. I LOVE the atmosphere and fast-paced circuit classes. The women only environment provides the ability to empower ladies of all ages and body types 🩵🩵🩵
Ambition is an amazing gym with the best community of women! The instructors are highly motivating and encouraging. The fun playlists and high energy really help push you to your goals. I'm so glad to have found this GEM of a fitness studio here in Louisville! Its one of the best parts of my day!
I’ve been going to Ambition for a few months now and I absolutely love it. 45 min classes packed with strength and confidence. The trainers are motivating and the gym itself is very nice. Women only and I get excited to get out of bed (most) mornings and get my workout done before I start my day. Thanks ambition!
