For a deep clean they quoted $198 for an approximately 220 square foot efficiency apartment. That price seemed high to me but I wrote it off to Chicago pricing and the fact that we needed it done in a few days. For that price I assumed we would get a minimum of 4-6 hours. They sent out one person who did an excellent job and had a pleasant personality.
