I have been training at Ambition Athletics since 2019—I’ve never been to a gym quite like it. What I like most about it is that it’s functional with a focus on improving quality of life and increasing longevity through fitness. Aside from lifting, there are components of coordination, fine motor skills, flexibility, balance, agility, and cardio.
