Horrible customer service, make false promises.
Great company and excellent fixed rate plans. The consultant took the time to go over each variable and fixed rate plan. I selected the Summer Savings 50% off which will gives me 50% off my consumption during the months of June, July, August and September. If you're looking to save on a fixed rate plan with an excellent customer service company, choose Ambit.
