Worst case of customer service I have ever experienced. Save your time, and save your money. STAY AWAY! He broke my Globe Food Slicer, and charged me for the hack job "repair". After questioning the integrity of the so called "repair", the owner cursed me out, threatened me, and told me to get off this property. Now I have to buy the parts that he ruined. How does Globe have him as an authorized servicer? GLOBE ARE YOU LISTENING?! I wish there was an option for negative stars, it was that bad.
IF I COULD GIVE THIS COMPANY NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. THIS SO CALLED COMPANY EXPECTS YOU TO PAY HIS RIDICULOUS 'SERVICE FEES" IN 10 DAYS. WHAT KIND OF COMPANY DO YOU WORK WITH THAT PAYS BILLS IN 10 DAYS. HE LITERALLY CALLED ME 10 DAYS AFTER HE CAME OUT TO QUOTE ME TO PAY THIS BILL. EXTREMELY RUDE TO HIS "CUSTOMERS."
