This contractor threatened " if he doesn't get paid upfront at full cost he'd rip the cables out .25% of works wasn't complete or signed of, fit for purpose. Police/ Trading Standards/ Wirral Council intervention! His labourers put a nail in the earth cable making it impossible to turn lights on our new appointed electrician got a electrical shock when he touches earth !
