Supposedly this is a 24 hour online care buisness. I'm sitting here with a 102.5 degree temperature since 5:30 am. It's now 715 am and I haven't had any communication. This is awful. Not even a AI generated response. The world wakes up at 530 am to get to work for people who need to see if they can deal with the general public when they are sick you woukd think that a 24hour doctor would actually be available 24 hours and not the same hours as your primary doctor's office. Will never use this online care provider again.
My husband was refused medical treatment today for a work accident. Sorry he forgot to grab a mask when he was bleeding every where. He even asked to be given or purchase one there so he could be seen and was refused. Your staff acted ridiculous. One picking up the phone to call the police because of no mask. Her screaming was insane. Totally uncalled for and unprofessional.
We took my son who is 3 to Ambient care an hour ago. He has autism and sensory issues and is unable to keep a mask on. He has no Covid symptoms and has not been exposed to anyone with Covid as he doesn’t go anywhere due to the masks required everywhere. He was complaining that his ear hurts. My daughter waited 45 minutes to get called back. Once back the “Dr” was beyond rude and unprofessional !! She told my daughter that she was fine! She went to her pcp the next day and had a double ear infection!! Save yourself a trip and go somewhere else!!
Nasty mean and bitter group of people. I’ve never heard anything good about this place and I should have listened. The black woman doctor is mean and ignorant. She really knows how to make someone feel worse than they already do. Uncalled for rude behavior. I felt like I was trying to be rushed out of the door. If your going to try and run a business that’s already not doing well at least make up for it in being kind to your patients. Hope this place shuts down soon. Seriously
The most rude unprofessional group of people I’ve ever seen in my life. I was misdiagnosed and treated like trash. They didn’t take my height and weight like they are supposed to! How am I going to be given medicine if my weight is not taken? Everything there was pieced together like a bunch of 5 year olds decided to open a walk in clinic. Save yourself or your child a trip! Please!
My wife and I were seen last Saturday by PA-C APRIL Price and I was advised to get OTC remedies, among breathing steam. My wife was prescribed an antibiotic and is doing great! As my condition worsens, I called the office Monday to talk to Dr HENRY and was told I could not talk to him, but I could come back! The receptionist said she would talk to him and get back with me. It’s almost Friday- a week later and no response to my call, em or msg on messenger!
Was double billed for a medical bill, lady that I spoke to on the phone was one of the nastiest people I've ever spoken too. Told me they "had proof" they didn't charge me twice, meanwhile I have verified with my bank it was a double charge. Will end up having to dispute it with my bank since Ambient Care has been no help. Stay far away from this place.
Recommendedit's a clean, friendly , Thoughtful and caring staffed place. that I can go whenever my doctor is not open.
