I called Ambient to fix my whole house humidifier. The technician made one trip to diagnose the issue and a second trip on the same day to install a $90 solenoid valve that had failed. The installation involved two screws and two low voltage wires, all exposed and easily accessible (see photo). He spent about 1 hour total between the two trips.
