They were able to find our problem and came back the same day after finding the part needed. Excellent work. It saved us from 89 degrees inside!!!
Got them via American Home Shield, great service, they were on time, no upsells, came in, did the job perfectly. Great communication, I never had to call them, they kept me up to date without me even asking. Both the office staff and technicians were highly professional. Would highly recommend.

Terrible Customer Service - I had Ambient come and fix my AC unit, they had come twice as it wasn't fixed the first time. After they fixed the AC unit, the heater was not turning on which was working before and the Ambient repair guy was working in the furnace area. I called my home warranty who contacted Ambient regarding this, but Ambient was not willing to come and check.
