I have been using AmBient H&C for several times through my home warranty company, they consistently perform well. The office manager is very responsible.

I had a very disappointing experience with Ambient Heating and Air, LLC through my American Home Shield (AHS) warranty. I received three completely different diagnoses for the same AC issue: first, I was told there were no mechanical issues; then refrigerant was added and airflow was blamed; finally, the technician, Joe, said my compressor had failed and my entire AC unit needed to be replaced. BEWARE! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. NOT REPUTABLE. This company installed a new AC unit last year. This is my second service request this year. The first one was due to bad wiring, and this one is due to a leak which covers half of my upper floor and my first floor ceiling. They are also not answering their phone and then called me from another number asking questions.
