We had American Homeshield send out a tech for our Heatpump. They sent Joe. He told us what he felt was wrong, said he was going to order the part then return to fixt it. Now he ( they) won't return our calls or text messages. We have left 4 voicemails and at least 6 text messages He gave American Homeshield a complete different report that he told us. I DO NOT recommend using this company .

This company deserves 5-star rating or even more. Dianne and Joe have helped me every time I had something to ask right from my first inquiry to post installation inspection. Seamless process. Quick quote and price finalization, quick installation, friendly installers and good brand. Goodman was what we chose.
