They took care of everything in a timely fashion. Very happy with their work.
Terrible Customer Service - I had Ambient come and fix my AC unit, they had come twice as it wasn't fixed the first time. After they fixed the AC unit, the heater was not turning on which was working before and the Ambient repair guy was working in the furnace area. I called my home warranty who contacted Ambient regarding this, but Ambient was not willing to come and check. STAY AWAY - as previous review stated!! They were sent by American Home Shield. If you get them call back and ask for another vendor. Tech, also the owner Joe, came to the home at 924AM by Ring Video. Looked at the furnace, and went to his truck at 928AM to get tools. Took seven minutes to come back to the door at 935AM. He said he tested for a leak, and added 3/4 of a pound of freon and he did that all in four minutes. with time to get tools, and put them away before coming back to the door. This company was precise in their diagnosis of the problem and awesome in their timeliness and correction of the problem They are very reasonably priced Another company called inair heating messed my whole unit up They saw the problem and fixed it AC working again
