I was so impressed with Ambient for our AC repair. I was able to get an appointment at the earliest time that worked for us. When that time came, the repairman showed up a few minutes early, had the replacement part in his truck and was able to get our AC back working again. Such a nice change compared to many interactions with companies these days.
My entire experience started with Nancy, who is an amazing person and was very attentive to my needs. Anthony, the technician, was also fantastic and did an excellent job repairing my AC.
The guys were very professional and worked hard to get a big job done. They worked late the last night to get the job done on time. Very pleased with their installation.
