I have dealt with Ambient many times before this latest update. They are prompt, follow the contract agreed upon and perform quality work at a reasonable price. One thing I feel that sets them apart from others is their communication from the planning stages to completion. You are kept in the loop and updated as each step moves forward.
Service Team did a great job and highly professional. Issek was great with his communication and explanation of issue and corrective action needed. Cost for service was significantly less than another service provider.
