Alan, at Ambient Electric, was outstanding to work with after the recent Public Safety Power Shutoff affected our property in Nathrop. He was incredibly responsive and communicative throughout the entire process, taking the time to help diagnose and troubleshoot our electrical issue. He explained what he was doing, kept us informed, and his colleagues worked efficiently.
