They very responsive and friendly. Provided a quality installation with good and quick maintenance service.
Great job
We are extremely happy with Ambient Cooling & Heating! When our A/C went out, they came out quickly, showed us exactly what had broken, and laid out all our options. Because our old system was near the end of its life, we decided to replace it. The team answered all of our questions, gave us an extremely fair price, and scheduled the installation promptly. The install process was seamless with zero hiccups. Friends and family recommended Ambient to us, and now we 1000% recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC work!
Ambient Cooling had my AC working again within about 30 minutes of showing up. They do a great job. Of note, they gave me a 10AM to 2PM window, but didn't show up until 2PM. While this fine, I had to reach out to them for an update. More communication from them would have been appreciated.
