Consistently overcharges. Never officially diagnoses problems. We bought a new walkin unit, they blamed us for the door not being closed properly, and had numerous trips for repair FOR A BRAND NEW UNIT. Most of the techs have bad attitudes. One time a tech came by to check in with the work they completed, and they sent us a bill for it. DO NOT USE AMBIENT CONTROL
Avoid this company, will never do business here. Truck driver tailgated me and made rude hand gestures despite me having no way to change lanes. Very dangerous and unhinged behavior. Wouldn’t let anyone like this near my home or loved ones. It’s amazing this crummy business has multiple reviews about this unsafe driver. Just go elsewhere.
Ambient is a competent and quality provider of refrigeration maintenance.
