Number one Business. This pertains to an update to my review on (anonymous 09/13/2014). There are two other businesses in town than can verify problems that Ambient may have did unintentionally or the opposite of this---BUT I found this on the web and that makes everything OK---FROM THE WEB: Our deepest apology from all here at Ambient. We have been too focused on our bottom line that we have forgotten the customer. And yes due to the lack of knowledge of the home owner we in fact would install items that costs less. i.e., A local favorite, or highly recommended becauseMake sure everything is in writing, original bid had wrong model furnace, easily corrected, but I did not ensure the BTU rating was listed. Without consent from customer, a lower (cheaper) rated Btu furnace was installed. Without consent, furnace location was moved to save on labor and material.
