I came to Ambience to get an updo for a wedding. I was lucky enough to get Merri as my stylist. She is AMAZING. My hair is bra-length, so, it’s pretty long - she had me looking like a damn princess in 30 minutes!!! She is ridiculously talented, and if you need an updo for a special event, I recommend you go see Merri. You will not leave disappointed!!!! Thanks again Merri!

Went in for a silk press and was feeling kind of nervous initially because I really wanted my hair to look super flat. Needless to say, Zaafat delivered!! She was reassuring, kind, knew exactly what to do and also took great care of my hair to ensure that excess heat was not needlessly applied. Thank you so much Zaafat, you did a wonderful job! :)

LADIESSS BEWAREEEE. I’ve never in my entire life experienced such incompetence and poor customer service. I went there to get my hair relaxed and it took almost four weeks for one simple hair service. The first time I went the relaxer didn’t relax my hair and I was told to come back in two weeks because my hair wasn’t in the “appropriate” condition to relax.
