This cozy, warm, elite decor shop rates A+ in customer service. I had purchased some items for my home four months ago and, after construction, found that they did not work out. I had also misplaced my receipt. Even though their policy clearly states that there are no returns or exchanges after 7 days, I explained my situation to the owner and she kindly issued me a store credit. I will continue to give this store my business!
