I hired this company to install zebra blinds throughout my home in February 2025. One of the blinds for the patio door was motorized. It is now September 2025 and the motorized blind isn’t working. I contacted the owner, Daniel, who stated that they usually leave the charger with the customer when the job is done. I advised the owner that that was not the case and in fact no one ever told me that the motorized blind needed to be charged and in fact never discussed how the charger works. He was knowledgeable and pleasant and took the time to explain everything in detail. Daniel made wonderful recommendations for our window dressing. The installers who came to our home were meticulous and professional. We are very pleased with all our blinds.
We just had THE BEST EXPERIENCE working with Daniel Ramos, owner of Ambiance Shades & Blinds. His response time was second to none, (I usually have several questions), he was right there to answer all of them. He was very capable and willing to design a change for me around the door handle of my front door for the shutters, felt his pricing was very fair and the time to install was excellent. His shutters are made locally. The bonus was that he's just a pleasant person to work with! Give him a call, you will be pleased!
From Start to finish Daniel and his team were top notch Great recommendations, service , timeliness and follow through. And a great price to match We love our blinds and love how easy it was to get them !
We recently worked with Daniel to add motorized shades to our home. He had great suggestions and was able to order and have them hung up so quickly. Daniel makes himself available for questions and we are so pleased with his product and price. I highly recommend him
