Great service. My pool looks crystal clear.
Ambiance has serviced our pool for nearly five years. The first four were outstanding, but service levels and communication have deteriorated significantly in recent months. The last straw was this past week when they sent me a repair quote to approve; in the past I would have been notified that a technician was scheduled to make the repair, but this time I wasn’t sure if they received my approval and the technician just showed up, with the wrong part and no information regarding the repair. Have used Ambiance since our pool was built a couple years ago. Very responsive to any issues. Easy to communicate with app, texting, or phone. Easy to understand invoicing. Reliable weekly service.
Fast response good work and emails of work completed..great people to work with.
These guys are lifesavers. First house I've purchased with a pool and they have answers for all my issues. Very fast and quality service. My only criticism is they tend to push the most expensive options first.
