I am writing this review as a very recent former customer. This pool company is crap. I hired them to clean my pool, use chemicals, and to keep my pool looking in top shape. They did not. Shortly after hiring them, my pool looked continuously dirty. I alerted them and after a run around, they decided that I needed my pool filters cleaned to help it run efficiently. I would have given a 5 star review but there was a schedule issue made when I first called. First scheduled appointment was 8-2 pm on a Thursday and no one showed or called me, I had to do the extra work to find out why I didn’t get service. Had to make a different appointment 5 days later for 8-12. I didn’t get my technician name but he was awesome. PLEASE READ I think they literally sabotaged my pool. I'm so upset with this company and I need to warn everyone before they start service with this company. I have always maintained my own pool just fine, but was getting busier and busier and I noticed a very slight cloudiness starting to form from my own lack of maintenance. I would like to start by saying I never received any reasons for the calls that I was getting on a daily base about getting financed. I was so confused of why I needed financing. I called multiple times and told them I was not receiving any emails about my pool or what the estimates were for. finally I was given via text an estimate for $2500 to fix a manifold and replace filters Actually, only costed around $450 to get done.
