PLEASE READ I think they literally sabotaged my pool. I'm so upset with this company and I need to warn everyone before they start service with this company. I have always maintained my own pool just fine, but was getting busier and busier and I noticed a very slight cloudiness starting to form from my own lack of maintenance. I would like to start by saying I never received any reasons for the calls that I was getting on a daily base about getting financed. I was so confused of why I needed financing. I called multiple times and told them I was not receiving any emails about my pool or what the estimates were for. finally I was given via text an estimate for $2500 to fix a manifold and replace filters Actually, only costed around $450 to get done. I needed a new pool pump and sent a message via your website. Amber reached out immediately and answered all my questions within 30 minutes of me sending an email I had a quote and a time for the tech to be out the following day to install my new pool pump. K’vari came out the following day and installed the pump and even helped answer more questions I had regarding upgrading my filter system later. It was a great experience all around.
