Found employment through this agency. Was hired as temp and remained as so for more than a year until I was laid-off. After the first 3 months I requested a raise from Ambiance and was given the run around. After being laid-off from the warehouse company I decided to collect unemployment while searching for a real company who offers benefits and raises. That is when I seen the true colors of Ambiance. I was with this agency for about 8 months they found me 1 temp & 1 temp to hire...The Temp to hire was ok in the begging but as the weeks past it got worst I was emotionally abused and called out on every thing that the past employee did not do correctly I would inform the agency and they just brushed it off over & over again all this agency does not care what goes no in the work place.
