My wife and I (Flowood, MS) switched our yard care services (maintenance as well as additions) to Josh M. at Ambiance last year. We could not be happier with the quality of work Josh and his crews do. They are truly professional landscapers and it shows.
Was very disappointed with the lack of communication with this company. I asked TIM for a phone call before their arrival so I could be at the property to show them what needed to be done. They REFUSED to call. They came and half cut the yard AND lacked communication. They say they are on Auto Pilot yes, to collect money and that’s it. I know good yard workers are hard to find, but my opinion I would definitely bypass this company. I would give 0 stars if I could.
