After finding it difficult to order a pocket door from local companies in Houston. I ordered one from Ambiance; it arrived damaged due to the carrier. Andy at Ambiance helped resolve the issue in rapid time. I recommend them to anyone needing doors based on their work and customer service.
I ordered 3 doors, double closet doors and double barn doors from Ambiance. After dealing with Dykes Lumber in Brooklyn, dealing with Andy at Ambiance was like night and day. Andy picked up the phone personally every time I called, answered all my questions patiently and with good humor instead of being dismissive with me because I don’t speak contractor lingo and I’m not a dude. The doors were extremely well-priced and arrived on time undamaged.
I made a mistake and accidentally ordered 4 doors instead of 2, and before I even realized my mistake had a voicemail from them asking to clarify before charging me. I really appreciated the honesty of their business! I placed the correct order and my shipment is already here just a few days later. Very impressed and will go here next time I need doors!
