Came in today to look at furniture for my new apartment. There seemed to be atleast 3 or 4 people working and maybe one other customer in the store that I saw. Nobody acknowledged me, welcomed me or tried to ask if I needed help the whole time I was there. I'm not sure if this is because I don't look like their normal demographic or what, but it was off-putting so I took my business elsewhere.
Beware - Poor Quality, Worse Customer Service. Purchased 8 beautiful chairs for our kitchen table. They do have beautiful things at this store. Unfortunately, after about a year of normal use, the leather (or vegan leather, not sure which) started to break down (see pics). Wasn't a priority during covid, so earlier this year (about 18 months after purchase), I contacted the store to show them what was going on. Didn't really get anywhere with them.
