Excellent staff, very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable EDIT: After a few more visits - still as pleasant as always. They were able to quickly schedule another time of the day after and unfortunate morning on my end - no additional costs and no stigma. Unfortunately what started as a good experience with this clinic has ended up to be very upsetting. While the hygienists have been exceptional, my experience with composite bonding at this clinic left me in tears, feeling completely hopeless today. I'm a long time client of Ambiance and I'm extremely pleased with the quality of the dental hygiene with Winnie. Ambiance uses Guided Biofilm Therapy which is a new technology that's going to seriously change dental cleaning and oral health. Almost no other clinic's adopted it yet. I had my teeth cleaned using this approach for the first time recently. Winnie is the absolute best and Ambiance provides the best technology supported by the latest research in oral health for their patients.
I’ve been going to this dentist office for almost a decade. There have been quite a few personnel changes but I’m happy to report that the quality of service has not suffered from what I can tell so far. Shout out to my new hygienist Raven in particular. Really gentle yet thorough with her technique.
