Unfortunately what started as a good experience with this clinic has ended up to be very upsetting. While the hygienists have been exceptional, my experience with composite bonding at this clinic left me in tears, feeling completely hopeless today. I'm a long time client of Ambiance and I'm extremely pleased with the quality of the dental hygiene with Winnie. Ambiance uses Guided Biofilm Therapy which is a new technology that's going to seriously change dental cleaning and oral health. Almost no other clinic's adopted it yet. I had my teeth cleaned using this approach for the first time recently. Winnie is the absolute best and Ambiance provides the best technology supported by the latest research in oral health for their patients.
I’ve been going to this dentist office for almost a decade. There have been quite a few personnel changes but I’m happy to report that the quality of service has not suffered from what I can tell so far. Shout out to my new hygienist Raven in particular. Really gentle yet thorough with her technique.
Dr Tarik is a most knowledgeable and superb professional. Everyone on staff is both excellent in their jobs and pleasant to interact with.
Great clinic all around and the care was exceptional. Winnie Lai was very gentle and extremely thorough with my cleaning. I was under time constrain she was continuously cleaning so effectively - meaning - no rest to her hands. (Thanks Winnie) After she really took the time to explain my X-rays and concerns with my teeth. Definitely will be going back and already recommended Winnie to my co worker!
