You’re better off with no healthcare than with something from Ambetter.. promise.
Ambetter declined all of my payment methods, then charged me hundreds in late fees because their portal wouldn't take my money for the premium. A customer service rep agreed to expunge the late fees because she recognized the system's error (and that I literally cannot afford to pay the late fees). The charges were never removed, and now, another rep just confirmed that the first rep must have lied to me. Absolutely predatory business practices. By far the worst insurance company I’ve ever had. I pay 100% until my deductible is met, so tell me why they are making me wait 7-10 business days to approve my MRI that I NEED and will be paying 100% of!?!?
