Worst healthcare provider I’ve ever delt with. With several of my prescriptions that went up almost 400% in a matter of months, I was struggling to pay my premiums along with everything else. A few weeks ago I called and made a $300 payment (Thanks to a cash andvance) and told him I would be calling back to pay the additional amount I still owed. Ambetter declined all of my payment methods, then charged me hundreds in late fees because their portal wouldn't take my money for the premium. A customer service rep agreed to expunge the late fees because she recognized the system's error (and that I literally cannot afford to pay the late fees). The charges were never removed, and now, another rep just confirmed that the first rep must have lied to me. Absolutely predatory business practices.
