Tinny Pillay was very professional, super helpful, and made the whole process of obtaining insurance for my family as hassle-free as possible. What a blessing he was to work with!
Ambetter called me after a trip to the emergency room for heart attack symptoms (chest pain, inability to breath/ speak/ vomiting) to tell me I should have just called their nurse hot line instead of being seen. And that ‘some people are not aware of other options’ Pretty evil company for them to tell you to not do waste their money when you’re experiencing a medical emergency. Very much do NOT recommend.
Ambetter health insurance is good but when it comes down to doing your assessment online for your reward they do not pay. You have to call all the time asking for help to redeem your points, it would never show up on your pay card. I contact them three or four times with the same question for help. The reward part I think it's a scam.
