Amber is a nice person however she lacks dedication to following through on appointments... Also she tries to tell you that it is your fault that she can't make the appointment... Today she said she would be at her office at 9 AM ... we got there at 8:50 and waited until 9:45 I had tried to call her and text... My daughter had tried to call and text.... She finally answered at 9:45 to my wife because she did not have her phone number.... Then proceeded to tell us how that she was not going to cater to us this was the appoint... read more

Amber does great work if she. actually shows up to appointments. Once we showed up and she said she was there just to get a package and couldn't do my daughter's hair bc she was sick.She said she sent a message but I never recieved one. Two other times she didn't show up even though I confirmed everything the night before Both times. She finally responds with an excuse and she says she messaged and didn't know why I didn't get it. Why am I getting messages now after a waste of my time and gas.
