The aide who took care of my wife on 2nd shift was very good.
Updated next paragraph below. My 99 year old mom says she is happy. It took a few months after coming from Countryside Manor. She joins in the activities and it is of much importance to be around people. In her life her house was always open to our friends. We always had a crowd for dinner. The staff was very pleasant. You need to provide air freshener in each room. This is important when guests come to visit. The patient next to her was being changed and the odor was horrible! Otherwise most area i saw was clean.
Everything was fine, and staff was very kind and attentive.
