If I could give a zero, I would. I was told this morning that the hospital is still working with my insurance for a $57+ balance but they sent me to a collection agency for the remainder. 🙄 I advised the billing person that I just received a notice from my insurance company on Mon., 3/10 of what costs Wouldn't be covered by insurance. I asked how the hospital is still negotiating with my insurance for a small amount but sent me to collections for the larger amount? She couldn’t explain that to me. Absolutely awful to people of color, Kristen Manning-Kadlicek one of the ER nurses was completely disrespectful and not kind whatsoever. If a nurse doesn’t want to provide care to patients then why be a nurse in the first place? I was disregarded and treated like I didn’t matter from the start of my “care”. She told me she had other patients with ACTUAL emergencies. I don’t know if it’s because I wasn’t crying in agony that she didn’t find my injury of importance, but she should be aware of people’s pain tolerance levels. I’... read more

I went to emergency department for a foot injury and was told it was a sprang ankle then pain got worse went to family practice and was told it was broke and guess still nothing done no boot no cast nothing and still in pain..
