Unfortunately, we wouldn’t recommend going with Amber’s. While they seem very thorough during the estimate process and were recommended by our HOA president, we didn’t find the higher costs to be associated with a better value in the end. To start, the estimate was based on an average number of vents, and when they counted the number of vents upon arrival, we were told it would be $100 more due to 5 more vents.
