They seemed wonderful at first and I would’ve loved for this to be my salon through college but when I went home, I didn’t realize I booked my appointment in Ruston and I called to cancel it three days prior like the policy states I have been calling for three hours I’ve called over 40 times. I have long hair and Megan knows exactly what I need to keep it in good shape. She is the champ of coloring correctly every single time, and Aveda products are gentle on the hair. Megan is fun and confidential, AND confident !!!!
Extremely bad, they can’t even do haircuts! From I sat on the chair until I leave, just 10 minutes , the hairdresser said it was done ! Do a hair cut for women just need ten minutes?! They simply trimmed the ends of the hair with two snips!
I went to Allie for a haircut, and she did a wonderful job! She is very knowledgeable and figured out exactly the cut and style I wanted. I recommend her!
