Worst experience ever. People are rude and don’t want to help. You guys need to make some changes in staff etc because my experience was terrible.

Very disappointed about "service" received. Came in with my husband bleeding from his hand after falling off his bike. We were seen right away, but the nurse wasn't overly friendly, must have had a bad day, ok, not a big deal. She dressed him up and said its a superficial wound, should be fine, however, the fingernail will come off in the next few weeks. Sent us on our way with mentioning that she would ask a doctor to prescribe pain killers and antibiotics. I questioned the need of antibiotics but kept quiet since I didn't ... read more

No parents should go through a mental abuse while trying to help thier children and get a diagnosis and instead get an answer of "we will try antihistamine for to month" when your child have breathing issues for over months and months while you laying next to your child and hear him coughing and now and aging stop breathing, asking for a doctor appointment but instead all they give you is nurse over and over. No parents needs to fight for his child health with any medical institutions and wait so long for a solution. No.
