Disappointing - lack of service. I received a text saying I had an appointment booked - this was news to me as I certainly hadn't booked any appointment. Sure enough logged into the online portal to see a booking. Question - who made this booking? I cancelled the booking. I then sent an email via the 'contact us' on the medical centre webpage- to receive an automated response. My request was to remove the incorrect entry from my records. Good service and friendly
I've been trying to get an appointment to get my acc med cert redone , I've been in complaining about worsening issue and now pain and numbness shoulder neck and my whole left side pins and needles in hand and fingers and weakness, I tried to make an advanced appointment to get in so my med certificate was renewed but I was told they don't book in advance and was told to go back in 2 weeks so that's what I did , then was told to go in on a Saturday which I did and then had a nurse ring me and tell me you can't leave this til... read more
