No one move at Astoria Commons they don't fix nothing they don't turn air on in the summer and they change the locks on me before I could get my stuff out
Lived here for 2 years. 5 star on maintenance, and location 5 star. During the application process which management was going over the lease with me in person, told me the $500 fee that you pay is a form of security which was a lie it's a nonrefundable fee that when you move you will not be getting any of that back. Nice apartments, been here for 1 year and plan on renewing my lease. Prompt and pleasant management. Nice area to live.
Nice Place for Rent Honestly, when I first moved in the prior property management was not great. Since then they have changed hands and everything is so much more smoother. Parking, maintenance repair, pest control, and overall professionalism from office staff. I would recommend renting from Amberley Courts!

Great Place The new management team is great and I want to recommend the professionalism of the office staff in the way they handle all questions and the way the conducted the tour of the facility. I was looking for a 2 bedroom and found what I needed in space and amenities and that the rental rate was good for the size of the unit, as compared to other apartments that I looked at in the area I would not hesitate to recommend Amberley Cts to anyone who is looking for an updated and clean apartment!

Very rude and unprofessional
I Love My Apartment I have lived at Amberley Courts for about two years now and I couldn't be happier. The office staff is great. The maintenance guys are fantastic. They fix things when I ask them to. My apartment is a good size for the price, and the location is perfect being right by Rt. 57. If you're looking for this price and location, you can't beat it.
Horrible Dont move here theres mice, the walls are thin so you can hear the neighbors whole conversation there is no parking in the parking lot andThey have a mice problem that they cant not nor will not get rid of I can not wait until my lease is up and they over charge here.
