This place looks AMAZING. The ladies, Susan and Morgan, are the leasing agents. They gave me a warm welcome as I entered the office. The grounds are clean and the apartments are spacious and beautiful. The specials are great and the rent is affordable. I’ve finally found our new home.💖
It is almost impossible to reach the office or get any assistance through phone call or email, nevermind the fact the office closes while people are still at work. I’ve sent multiple emails over months about a couple issues and have not once heard back in my entirety of living here for over a year. I have never once had a phone call answered either. They do not care about anything but money here.
The office staff we had when I first moved in was incredible!!! Peyton & Doreen we miss you!!!! They completely wiped the staff and hired “new management” who never answers calls, is NEVER in the office, they send constant food trucks as a distraction & continuously not fix the real issues around the apartment. The gates NEVER work. DO NOT MOVE HERE IF YOU WANT A SAFE GATED COMMUNITY THIS IS NOT IT! WIFI NEVER WORKS they don’t have the proper spectrum plan and refuse to update (confirmed by spectrum) most of the residents ha... read more
Beware! The apartment is expensive and we have experienced multiple issues with the leasing office. They failed to notify of lease changes and charged a lease beak fee even though my lease was over. Not sure what’s going on with the new management.
