Love it here!! The maintenence team was quick to respond to our issue and is always pleasant.
I moved out almost 5 months ago and still have not received my security deposit. I have called many times, left voicemails, and spoken to staff on the rare occasion they actually pick up. They’ll say someone will follow up and then nothing. This has gone way beyond a normal delay and feels like intentional avoidance. Horrible!!!!!! Do not live here, literally go anywhere but here. The gates don’t work most the time (been open for the past couple months), package hasn’t been working in months (they’ve been leaving everything in an open conference room for a couple months now), they don’t respond to any email complaints, dog poop everywhere, and they like changing up the community directive every few weeks.
