Not the best with communication and there are gates with fobs but they’re NEVER down and if they are, they don’t work lol. Also charged me for a whole stove when it was only scratched from normal wear and tear over a year and 7 months living there. Not the best experience but I gave 2 stars for the maintenance staff they were sweetie and quick!

Since my husband and I have lived here the gates have never been closed. Anyone could walk in at any time and due to this multiple cars have been broken into and though they claim they are doing about it it’s apparently been going on for a while and nothing has been done. We pay so much money for the simple fact that it’s a “gated community” but at this point it’s just an apartment complex with a fence. And not a secure fence because again no gates are ever closed.
