Feeling weak and tired walked into this “walk in” clinic was told 4 people ahead of me. Ok fine I can wait. Then after waiting 45 mins 4 people went in and others who came after me go in about 6 and it’s now 2 hours of waiting. I asked the 3 people behind the Covid screen why they went in before me? The answer was because they has appointments! So you let me wait knowing I could have booked an appointment? I will call OHIP and report your disappointing lack of courtesy and respect of sick client’s waiting times.
Went there today, Doctor was nice. Had to wait a little bit cause it was getting packed but overall good experience!
Best walk in clinic experience i have ever had!!
