Representative responded timely and looked into all options that were available to us. We appreciated the extra work and information so we could make a informed decision.
Been with them since they were Arnold Insurance. They continue to make major mistakes. We are on auto pay so we never miss a payment and they waited an entire MONTH to contact us that our boat payment didn’t go through!! (Got a new card so just the exp date changed on my card) So we went without coverage the entire month of August and now refuse to own up to their slip up of not contacting us.
