Ambercare sent a caregiver to our home who overloaded and destroyed our dryer, causing nearly $1,200 in damage. We documented everything — including the damaged part and the replacement cost — and gave them multiple chances to make it right. They ignored us. No apology. No accountability. Just silence. Before your loved one is neglected, abused, and or taken advantage of. Before you as a spouse are given more stress and a quicker burn out…. Do not use this office. I am questioning the company as a whole since they have not improved services.
THE worst company in communication., follow up and follow through. Services are only as good as what they hire. Administration turn over in staff should speak for itself.
