Liz McLaughlin, could you please stop putting your unwanted flyers in mailboxes clearly marked as “No Junk Mail” in Pelican Waters? It's frustrating to keep receiving 5-10 multiple leaflets a day despite the clear signage on my letterbox. This creates unnecessary waste and shows a lack of consideration for residents. I’ve also noticed some of these flyers dumped by the roadside/footpaths, which adds to litter in the area. Please respect people’s choices and the environment.

Todd was great to deal with, he was available after hours and nothing was too much trouble, his communication was second to none. I would highly recommend Todd if you are looking to sell.
