We enjoy living here it is close to everything and the office staff has been a help when my husband lost his job and we had to work out a payment plan to get back to good ! I don’t suggest moving here, the windows and doors are not sealed causing cold air to seep through. And was informed by the maintenance guy that the new owners have received 5 complaints already and wasn’t going to do anything about it. Also if you have direct tv satellite dishes they have removed them with no written notice. The new property owners claim they don’t allow them. I hate that I have to write a bad review but it’s gotten to the point where I don’t know what else to do. I moved in here in August and everything was great. If I had an issue it was very easy to get in touch with my property manager and the maintenance team. After the switch it’s been impossible to get in contact with anyone! I had a bathroom ceiling leak had caused mold to come through my ceiling, it took them more than 3 weeks to come and it wasn’t even for the leak. I have been living at Juniper Ridge I for a month and It hasn’t been bad at all! The communication at the beginning was a little flawed at first especially for a first time tenant BUT I later realized that a lot this happened due to changes in the company in many different parts. Grace should be given in that regard. Beyond that they have been working to improve communication and ensure that their tenants are satisfied. They’ve been responsive , kind and overall supportive.
