I have been living at Juniper Ridge I for a month and It hasn’t been bad at all! The communication at the beginning was a little flawed at first especially for a first time tenant BUT I later realized that a lot this happened due to changes in the company in many different parts. DO NOT APPLY TO LIVE HERE!! These people do not care about you and will go out of their way to be as cheap as possible when issues need to be fixed… The maintenance team is amazing, the leasing managers are awful!
Abysmal management
I have lived here for about a month and it’s a decent place to start out if you want an affordable place to live. When i first moved in I had issues with communication and my questions not being answered which because this is my first time having an apartment i wanted everything answered and It was like pulling teeth trying to get answers. Absolutely horrible place to live. My apartment has flooded 3 times while living here and the company owning has refused to ever reimburse us for any damaged items or given offered solutions such as rent forgiveness. Why the hell am I paying to live in a place where my items are not safe and I have to deal with inches of water in my apartment? Absolutely the WORST place I have ever lived in my life.
