After 1.5 yrs in this area, I finally found someone who knows what they're doing & doesn't take advantage. Back where I'm from, the curly hair expert told me if someone charges more than they would for straight hair, they're just taking advantage & discriminating. After shopping around & doing research, I've found that to be extremely true. Other people want $250-300 for an appt & additionally, require a first "coaching," appt w new clients.
