Amber was very knowledgeable and helped answer the questions I didn't know to ask. She was always very responsive whenever I needed to get in touch with her with questions and concerns. If she didn't know the answers to my questions, she was always on top of contacting the right people and following up with me before I ever needed to ask twice. Overall it was a great experience and I highly recommend.
We recently had the misfortune of purchasing a house represented by Amber. Throughout the process she and/or her sellers were exceptionally difficult to work with. Her slow response time to most everything was almost maddening at times. The terms she tried to force on our contingent offer were totally unreasonable and unheard of compared to other successful contingent offers I've made on other properties.
