We purchased an off the plan apartment in Fitzroy during lockdown and so could not see anything except emailed designs of what the final building might look like. Our nervousness turned to delight when the building was finished on time and we had the first inspection. The build quality was better than I had expected. We purchased off the plan an apartment by Amber in Fitzroy Melbourne. The McClaren & Co Project. The experience is awesome, nothing but positive. Communications excellent, relationship management great, outcomes and deliverables to word and contract. Most importantly the build quality is excellent.

It is great working with a company where we can challenge each other to deliver something that will be a positive addition for both future occupants and the broader community.

Our experience with Amber has been excellent, from the speed at which they built our apartment building in Fitzroy and the quality of the build, to their responsiveness in fixing minor defects (this is ongoing). The team, including Phil, Sean and Simon, have been a pleasure to deal with.
