My loved one did not have a great experience. As much as I enjoyed some of the staff members, really only one in particular, most were under trained, rude, and lacked professionalism. I hope I see improvements especially to pay of staff that will help the facility overall.
Great facility. The entire staff, including management, aids, and nurses are all extremely caring. This is a wonderful senior community. Everyone is warm and welcoming.
They are taking great care of my dad ...he has alot of needs and they have met all of them.
