We had Amber photograph our daughter and son-in-law's wedding May 2024. While Amber does a beautiful job with her photos there wasn't good communication after the event. No response to phone, text, emails. We received some photos but NONE of anyone walking down the aisle, no family pictures, hardly any reception pictures. So upset.

I’m hesitant to post this review because Amber was wonderful to work with during our session; however, I want to ensure others don’t have the same situation happen to them (esp. for important life events). Amber took our son’s newborn pictures, and her work is amazing! But it’s been over 8 months, and I still don’t have any pictures other than the few proofs she provided the day of our session. I would not recommend this photographer. She takes amazing photos but is not professional in execution of her services. We spent a lot of money and it has been 7 months and we don’t have a single photo. She will not respond to messages. The 2 times she did, we were told we would have photos that week. We had some really good photos, I wish we had more. Also we had family photos taken and they were never uploaded. We cannot get in touch with Amber after many many tries since we got our photos back. Our wedding was November 12, 2021. We are very disappointed we have nothing with our families.

Amber was a fantastic photographer on the day of my wedding. She was very creative in capturing the moment. The downside to her services came after the wedding, though. It may have been circumstantial to life events, but she took 4 months to get my photos back to me and was completely MIA for 3 of those months. She did not give me any notification of any delays until 3 months after my wedding, nor did she respond to any of my emails or texts. Overall, amazing photography, but difficult to communicate with.
