The problem should have been handled on the phone when I called. They should have called me back instead the nurse sent me to the appointment setter.
I switched to Dr. MacWilliam late in my pregnancy, and it was one of the best decisions I made. From the very beginning, she was incredibly supportive of my desire to try for a VBAC and took the time to truly listen to my concerns and goals. She is caring and compassionate and I’ve never felt rushed at appointments. I’m so grateful to have found her and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an OB-GYN.
Dr. MacWilliam and her staff are above phenomenal! They are all so friendly and make everything seem so easy so you feel comfortable. I had gotten my second IUD (Kyleena) in her office with her and I was terrified because the first time I had gotten one five years ago it hurts so bad and I was cramping for weeks. The process that she did was painless and I didn’t feel anything. She was so accommodating and concerned with my personal needs and making sure I was okay. They very nice and thurough with my pregnancy and i felt very safe and well taken care of. Something i didnt feel in my past 2 pregnancies.
