This place is hit and miss, it all depends on which technician you get. They mostly do a fine job. However, every time I have taken my girls (8 and 10 years), they never get the full treatment. The technicians will skip certain steps such as the scrub, lotion and massage, and one time all they did for the manicure was apply a coat of nail polish.
